Importance of plants in human health life(Medicinal plants)

Medicinal plants:

Plants that have the power to cure human ailments are called medicinal plants. Many life-saving medicines are prepared from medicinal plants. Its properties depend on the alkaloids in the plant. Alkaloids are nitrogenous biochemicals found in medicinal plants. It is this subsistence that suppresses human anger and originates from anger.

Basak
    Scientific name: Adhatoda Vasica


1. Basak: This is a herbaceous plant that grows all over Bangladesh. Its scientific names are Adhatoda vasica and Gaetra Acanthaceae
Parts used: Fresh leaf juice. Used and used for colds, coughs, bronchitis, and asthma.

Black cloud
 Scientific name: Andrographis Paniculata

2. Black cloud: This is an annual herbaceous plant that grows in many parts of Bangladesh. Its scientific names are Andrographis paniculata and Gaetra Acanthaceae.

Uses: Medicines produced from its root are used in gastrointestinal disorders. Medicines produced from the leaves are good for diarrhea and liver.

4. Brahmi: This is a small herb that grows mostly in the coastal areas of Bangladesh. Its scientific names are Bacopa moniera and Gaetra Scrophulariaceae!

5. Dhutura: It is a heroic plant which grows in large numbers in the northern districts of Bangladesh. Its scientific names are Datura metal and Gaetra Solanaceae.

6. Neem:  Neem tree grows all over Bangladesh. Its scientific names are Melia azadirachta and Gaetra Meliaceae!

7. Basil: It is a fragrant herbaceous plant. In all regions of Bangladesh, i.e. at home. Its scientific names are Ocimum sanctumand Gaetra Labiatae.
Used parts: Leaf juice. Uses: Fresh juice of the leaves is used as an expectorant for colds and bronchitis. It is also used to relieve ear pain and deworming. The juice of the leaves is also useful in treating gastric, liver gallbladder, chronic fever, bleeding, indigestion, etc.

8. Thankuni: It is an annual perennial herbaceous plant that grows in moist soil in almost all districts of Bangladesh. Its scientific names are Centella asiatica and Gaetra Umbelliferae.
Used parts: leaves. Use and leaf juice are useful in stomach ache, diarrhea, diarrhea, arthritis, gastric ulcer etc. It is diuretic and tonic. Mixing dry leaf powder and milk together and playing it every day removes mental weakness and improves memory.
